Irene Boey

Irene Boey is a Data Mining Expert, Educator, Mentor, Singapore Focal Point for ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN), APEC Researcher, Chairperson of various programs, Member of Boards and a Community Volunteer. As the Data Mining Expert, Irene leads her team in empowering leaders and businesses in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics to discover actionable insights to everyday problems, successfully guiding organisations in their digital transformations.

Irene was nominated by the Ministry of Social & Family Development to be Singapore’s representative for the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network (AWEN) and is the chairperson of AWEN Singapore at SG-WEN.

During her term as President of University Women’s Association Singapore (UWAS), Irene initiated multiple projects including Nurture and the Student Enrichment Programme (SEP). She also organised UWAS’ “An Intergenerational Exchange” event graced by President Halimah Yacob to celebrate our women’s contributions to the Nation.

Irene currently serves GWAS as the Assistant Honorary Treasurer.
